  • Thermodynamic analysis of equipment and systems;
  • Optimization and upgrade of thermal equipment and systems (thermal systems with boilers of medium and high capacity, condensing boiler systems for heating, heat exchangers, cogeneration systems, heat pipes etc.)
  • Optimization and upgrade of refrigeration equipment and systems (vapor compression and absorption) for different applications; studies concerning efficient refrigeration equipment and systems for air conditioning;
  • Upgrade and optimization of heat pumps systems;
  • Studies regarding the behavior of materials and equipment from various fields (e.g. electronics and electrical engineering) under temperature differences and frost-defrost cycles;
  • Studies concerning the environmental impact of the refrigerants in various systems;
  • Optimization and upgrade of thermal systems using energy from renewable sources (solar energy, geothermal energy etc.);
  • Studies and experimental research concerning the refrigeration time of products and cooling processes optimization in the food industry.
